The first parcel at mid-slope generally produces deeper, richer, fleshier wines, while the second parcels produce wines with greater acidity and tension. It is the mixture of the two that gives our “Les Clos” all its complexity. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eThe blend of wines from our two parcels is evident throughout the tasting. First of all on the nose, which skilfully combines the floral notes from the upper plot with the nutty notes (roasted almonds, hazelnut) from the middle slope.
