Tim Smith Wines Riesling ‘Eden Valley’ 2018
Slightly earlier picking ensures retention of natural acid, and the varietal aromas of lemon and lime prevail, with yeast derived bath salts on the nose. The palate is linear and focused, again, citrus fruits prevailing, with great piercing natural acidity underpinning the palate.

The Wine Front – Such bargains still to be had with South Australian Rieslings. Beautiful, pure, crystalline wine. Lemon, lime leaf, star jasmine discreetly in the background, stony texture (and if there was such a thing, smell), good amount of lemon/lime flavour, without compromising its elegant styling. Finish is long and spotless. It fairly sparkles. Here’s a great bottle of Eden Riesling.
In a mixed or straight case: $23.74
