After a brief cold maceration, the must is fermented in barriques. The ageing phase then takes place in wood, lasting 6 months, after which the wine is bottled. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eThe 'Capitel Croce' white wine made by the Anselmi winery announces itself to the eye with a typical straw-yellow colour, characterised by lighter golden veins evident in the rim. Delicate and rich on the nose, in which citrus and yellow-fleshed fruit intersect with floral nuances and hints of mineral. On the palate it is full-bodied and supple thanks to a rounded mouthfeel that relies on a fresh and savoury texture.
