The grapes used to craft this enticing Bremerton Vermentino were gently pressed, and the juice was cold settled and racked prior to fermentation to retain intense fruit flavours and aromatics. The resulting wine features a bright yellow colour with hints of green highlighting the edges. This delightful Vermentino flaunts fresh aromas and lush flavours of lemon and citrus pith. Balanced by natural acidity, subtle elements of sea spray provide a mouth-watering and lingering finish to the wine. This wonderful white wine has been made for consumption upon release, matching well with Italian cuisine, crab and artichoke orzo salad, and grilled oysters with spicy tarragon butter.
