Most of their vineyards are planted with Garnacha, a grape variety perfectly adapted to the mild, dry Mediterranean climate. The older vines produce only small yields, but the resulting wines exhibit a high intensity.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eThe harvest typically takes place from mid-September to early October. All cellar work is carried out in the modern winery, which was built directly in the vineyards to avoid long transport routes. Only a few Campos de Luz wines are aged in oak barrels. The aim is to create wines with fresh and intense fruit aromas, which is why most wines are aged in stainless steel tanks.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eCampos de Luz manages to produce fresh, elegant wines with charm and quality, and all at a very good price-performance ratio.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eThe 40-80 year old vines grow in flat vineyards with stony alluvial soils. After harvesting, fermentation takes place for 12 days at a temperature of 24°C in stainless steel tanks. The wine is then aged in stainless steel tanks until bottling. It displays a\n\u003cbr\u003edark red color in the glass. The nose offers aromas of dark fruits (blackberries, sour cherries). On the palate, juicy fruit flavors and perfectly integrated tannins lead to a long finish.
