The Wine Front – Organic-biodynamic farmed vineyards at Seresin. Less is more winemaking applied in winery. One of those wines that had me from ‘hello’. Glossy, delicate pinot noir of cherry and cherry pip vibe. Pretty floral-berry perfume, light and juicy feel in the palate with some silky tannin lending shape and a touch of judicious firmness. Mouthwatering kind of stuff here. It’s so easy to drink this, and hard not to see the understated class. If anything, just a touch dilute in personality, but the drinkability here makes up for it.
