The site has an altitude of 230m above sea level. Clone is I10V1. Slightly more forward and expressive style from this site.\u003cbr\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eVinification\u003cbr\u003e\u003c\/strong\u003eFruit is hand-picked to ensure only clean, healthy bunches are selected. Grapes are then whole bunch pressed, and the juice settled overnight in tank. This was followed by a light racking directly to barrel (approximately 95% solids) where natural fermentation took place.
