Campagnolo Valpolicella Ripasso Classico Superiore 2015
55% Corvina, 40% Rondinella and 5% Molinara from the best sites in Purano, 300 metres above sea level. Made in the Ripasso method, where the wine is fermented on the skins from the Amarone ferment to gain richness and complexity. Aged 12 months in large Slavonian oak. Spicy bouquet with intense aromas of ripe cherry and jam. Dry, full, soft flavour in the mouth, with a very pleasant bitter finish.
