Mouth-watering fruit flavours of rich dark plum and mulberry balance oak tannin beautifully. If you have the patience to cellar, this shiraz will continue to develop for another 10-12 years. Try it with a Moroccan spice rubbed fillet of beef or slow cooked beef rib eye.
