Château de Cedre Cahors Château 2012
90% Malbec and 5% Merlot, 5% Tannat. Aged 1/3 each new, 1y.o. & 2y.o. barrels. 2010 is a great year for Cahors continuing the high standards set by the wines of the last several vintages. This is a big and bold wine, with copious quantities of layered fruit. It is almost black in colour, with chewy, rich black-fruit flavours filling the mouth. Full and firm in structure with substantial fine tannic grip. This is a fabulous wine that always delivers the goods.
