All our Riesling is located in the Watervale growing region and we have the luxury of blending from the best parcels across our three sites to craft our Joshua Tree each year. The warmer southern sites contribute floral notes and the northern Shankly vineyard show greater fruit weight and acid balance. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003ePalest gold in colour with a light green tinge.
