Fermentation was in stainless steel, also at cool temperatures, and the wine then matured for several months on lees until spring. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eThe resultant wine is both ripe and vibrant, with an intense straw colour and hints of Pinot Grigio’s copper skins. The nose is perfumed and floral, with a full citrus spectrum offset by herbal hay notes and whispers of pear.
