On the nose, it releases aromas of ripe yellow pulp fruit intertwined with hints of white wildflowers and delicate notes of yellow citrus and vanilla. Soft and structured, on the palate, it expresses a gentle freshness and an elegant minerality that lingers in the long finish. It pairs well with semi-mature cheeses and vegetarian dishes, as well as tasty seafood recipes based on white fish, mollusks, and crustaceans.
