Long on the aftertaste, with fruity as well as mineral flavours; becomes slightly honey-scented when the wine is more evolved.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003e2023 stands out as one of the hottest years in Burgundy, even surpassing 2022.\n\u003cbr\u003eThe grapes were harvested at perfect maturity.\n\u003cbr\u003eThe wines are very aromatic with notes of yellow fruits mingling with flower hints. If necessary, a careful sorting is proceeded.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eVinification: slow pressing of the whole bunch in a pneumatic press. The juice of the last press is separated from the free run-juice. The juice ferments in stainless-steel vats after a little settling.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eAgeing: in stainless-steel vat during 8 to 10 months.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eThroughout the ageing process, decisions are taken only after careful tasting evaluation. The data obtained is completed through technical analysis.
