Benoît’s vines sit on the upper slopes and produce a bright and lacy Beaujolais. Benoît likes the transparency of amphora for this wine, which is then racked to stainless steel after one year. Moreau’s winemaking is more semi-Burgundian than semi-carbonic, and in 2023 all the fruit was destemmed.
