Louis Max Mercurey Clos la Marche 2014
This wine comes from the grapes of a 2.61 hectares parcel of
the Domaine La Marche, owned by Louis Max. This parcel is
located on a steep slope, very stony, with a south exposure.
This beautiful Domaine of 24 hectares is cultivated in
organic farming, and has been certified since 2008. More
than 50% of the vines here are aged 20 years or more.

Fermentation is made with strict temperature control. 1
year maturing in oak barrels, including 25% in new
A beautiful pale gold colour with brilliant green reflections.
The nose is rich with exotic fruits, and white flowers, honey
and vanilla aromas.
In the mouth, we have ripe fruit flavors, combined with
lemon and vanilla touches, ending in a long finish.
Pairs well with all seafood, white meats and mild cheeses.
Also great as an aperitif.

Wine to be served at 12°C.
This wine is already enjoyable right away, but will improve
after a good ageing of 5 to 10 years.
