Pomegranate is the calling card of this site, and 2025 is no different.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eHand-picked and fermented with wild yeasts in open vats, with 30% whole bunch inclusion. Nine to twelve days on skins before pressing to oak for natural malolactic fermentation. Thirty percent new French oak, bottled unfined with minimal filtration.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eBeautifully fragrant from the start, with red and black fruits, bramble and lifted florals.
