The vineyards and the entire estate are managed using organic farming practices, forming a true organic oasis in Montalcino. The grapes, harvested and selected strictly by hand, ferment in shallow, wide steel tanks to facilitate contact between the must and the skins and extract color and polyphenols. The wine ages in Slavonian oak barrels and French oak barriques for up to four years, completing its refinement after bottling.
