{"product_id":"red-mill-rum-original-rum","title":"Red Mill Rum Original Rum","description":"\u003cp\u003eThe Red Mill Original bottling is our ode to the history of both Red Mill and Sydney Harbour as a rum capital.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eRed Mill was originally distilled and aged in the CSR refinery on the foreshore of Sydney Harbour, in Pyrmont Bay. A classic style of rum, it was rich and flavoursome, aged in all ex-whiskey casks. When ready, it would be transported to George Fesq’s warehouse for bottling.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eWe haven’t attempted to recreate this Rum, exactly, but have used it as a reference for the ongoing journey of Red Mill.
