They start by blending various Rums for the base, mainly ex-wine casks (Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Bordeaux, Sherry) with some ex-Whiskey casks. They then blend this base Rum with their delicious Coconut Rum at around 4\/1 ratio. This final blend then undergoes a gentle maceration of tasty elements, including Cinnamon, All Spice, Pineapple, Cacao, Vanilla and Hibiscus.
