As per the previous vintage (and first vintage of this little island rosé), it is an intentional blend of Shiraz from our Kangaroo Island and McLaren Vale shiraz. Drink chilled. The little island rosé is a dedicated rosé – the Shiraz is picked from their Kangaroo Island and McLaren Vale vineyards early to make this wine. Once in the winery, the grapes were pressed off skins and then fermented in stainless steel tanks, just like a white wine.
