In the cellar we proceed first of all to the destemming-crushing of the grapes, to the maceration in the press for the extraction of the color and to the static decantation in steel for 12-24 hours. Alcoholic fermentation always takes place in steel and is followed by batonnage and aging on the fine lees for 3 months. The wine remains in the bottle for 2 months before being placed on the market. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eThe wine is characterized in the glass by a light pink color.
