The harvest was whole-bunch pressed, fermented wild in old oak vats and then bottled (unfined) after eight months on lees. Bustling with citrussy vibrancy, 2022 gifts a lithe, chiselled white with vibrant freshness counterpointing the wine’s enticing, fleshy summer fruit and floral prettiness.
