Without exogenous yeast, without fining and filtering and of course without chaptalization, this wine is already expressed from its first years demonstrating the considerable investment of the estate in producing such precise and “natural” wines.
Present on the pages of the RVF and Gault et Millau and among the winners of numerous national competitions.
