If you receive a wine that is corked or faulty, please contact us at wine@worldwine.com.au as soon as possible so we can arrange for a replacement or credit upon the return of the bottle in question. To help you enjoy our wines at their best, we provide a simple drinking guide that indicates the optimum drinking time for each wine. Please note that if a wine has been kept too long or stored improperly, we may not be able to offer a refund. If you suspect a wine to be faulty, please contact us so we can arrange to have the wine collected and tested. We take our commitment to quality seriously and will do our best to resolve any issues to your satisfaction.
