Orin Swift’s Mannequin Chardonnay takes its unique character from the terroir of its vineyards utilising grapes from the label’s various sites and blending the produce for a truly unexpected nose. Aged in French oak barrels this wine opens with aromatic notes of honeydew and peach complemented by subtle hints of jasmine and pineapple. The full-bodied palate bursts with ripe stone fruit and delicate notes of lemon easing into a textured finish that provides a perfect partner for rich cheeses.
