crystals.
Age of the vines: 60 years.
Density: 10,000 vines/hectare.
Production: 4,000 bottles.
Harvest and vinification: Manual harvest. Whole bunches. No fermentation. Maceration of 8-9 days on average.
Refinement: Aged in barrels.
