One sip of this beautiful Chinon Blanc and you'll understand just why they call this bottle "the charms".
The domaine has been working organically for several years and especially focussed on developing the biodiversity: hedges and trees plantation, a good fertilization management, development of flora and fauna in the vines... The vineyards reflect the rich diversity of the terroir, from the gravelly terrace offering light, perfumed wines to the clay-calcareous slopes offering long-keeping wines. Each plot produces low yields.
VINIFICATION
Alcoholic fermentation in demi-muids.
MATURATION
7 months ageing in demi-muids, 1/3 new oak.
VINTAGE NOTES
Good sanitary conditions, very good maturities.
CELLARING POTENTIAL
Drink now or keep until 2026.
