Created in the 16th century by the famous Paracelsus, this bitter and digestive liquor showed so many virtues that in 1850, a Swedish doctor officialized it under the name of "Elixir du Suédois" and used it to treat all kinds of ailments. Later, Dolin created its own miracle drink formula, making the true elixir of the Suedois Dolin a benchmark in the matter. Myrrh, gentian, and orange are part of this bitter whose use has long gone beyond grandmother's remedy to invite its delicious bitterness in the most trendy cocktails around the world.
