Engaging in vine cultivation, distillation, and aging, François perpetuates with deep passion the traditions passed down by his father and grandfather, embodying a true guardian of centuries-old craftsmanship.
The Pineau des Charentes Rouge is the result of a harmonious blend of red grape must and young cognac, patiently aged in oak barrels. A splendid ruby red hue captivates the eye from the first glance. Subtle aromas of red fruits, including cherry and raspberry, delicately perfume the air. On the palate, a symphony of delicious fresh fruits unfolds, revealing exuberant liveliness and enchanting sweetness that elegantly awakens the taste buds.
To fully appreciate its subtlety, it is recommended to savor it at an ideal temperature ranging between 8 and 10 degrees. Once opened, it finds its place in the refrigerator, always in an upright position, preserving its delicate aromas.
This Pineau is sulfite-free and comes from organic farming.
