This wine is crafted from 100% Pinot Noir grapes grown in the La Riotte vineyard, known for its clay-rich soils that give wines depth, structure and minerality. Winemaker Romain & Virginie Taupenot apply precise viticulture and gentle oak ageing (partly new oak) to produce a wine that balances expressive dark red and blue fruits, subtle spice, and fine-grained tannins, finishing with a strong mineral backbone and excellent length. This vintage is well-suited for cellaring, showing promise over the next 8-12 years and more.
