Ruby red color with purple highlights. The nose reveals intense notes of berries, cherry, black cherry, and wild blackberry, with subtle spicy nuances. On the palate, it is fresh, fruity, and indulgent, with soft tannins that make it very drinkable and pleasant. This wine has excellent structure and balance. Serving temperature: 18-20°C. Food Pairings: A wine to pair with meat-based first courses, it also pairs well with red meat dishes, excellent with braised and roasted meats. An excellent aperitif wine with cured meats and semi-mature cheeses; appetizers, first courses, and second courses are medium-bodied and not too fatty.
