Molino A Vento Rosato 2019
Grown in 'black earth' This type of soil is found on the gentle hills of the Trapani hinterland, rich in silt-clayey substances, compact and resistant to drought. Thanks to its characteristics it is the ideal habitat for the breeding of numerous varieties of vines both red and white. Hand picked and fermented and aged in stainless steel tanks for 3 months and 2 months in bottle before release.
