The Wine Front – Fresh lemonade. Limes and mint. Melting flavours finishing with a zing of lime juice. It’s lithe with mellow edges. Pretty much only jasmine, lemon, lime and green apple but it’s like the best quality freshly squeezed juice with a dash of sweetness rounding off acidity. Simplicity and purity at its finest.
James Halliday – Of course, this is refreshing – it’s riesling after all, and with fruit from Hilltops giving it the extra zing from its acidity. There’s a dab of sweetness to make sure the acidity isn’t off the charts and it adds to the pleasant finish.

"Brilliant in the glass; lifted aromas of lemon pith, talc, white flowers and bath salts. Pure, pristine and focused on the palate, brown lime, guava and pin-point acidity drive the palate. Lovely crunchiness and a touch of phenolic grip brings cut and presence."
Sourcing fruit from nearby vineyards, we sought to capture the vibrancy of Riesling from the Canberra Region. The juice was fermented cool to retain its pure aromatics and delicacy. Lemons, limes and lavender lead into a refreshing palate. Perfect with seafood and with enough intensity to handle spicy flavours.
