We also have access to more than 5000 fine wines from around the world through our local supplier network. Sometimes a vintage changes, or our suppliers sell out of stock without us yet being able to push through a timely update on our website.

Elsewhere 2019 – Sicilian Lands I.G.P. Organic White Wine
Grapes: Chardonnay 80%, Catarratto 11%, Insolia 9%, from organic farming.
Year: 2019
Alcohol content: 12.5% vol.
Service temperature: 12^C
Soil type: Medium deep and fertile clayey-limestone.
Climate: Hilly with hot and windy summers, with good temperature variations between day and night.
Harvest: Manual harvest in boxes of selected grapes.
Vinification: Soft vacuum pressing of the destemmed grapes, fermentation at a controlled temperature of 14^-16^C. Aging sur Lies for 5 months and in the bottle for about 2 months.
Elsewhere, or the "feeling elsewhere", immersed in the pristine nature of the Corleonese countryside, a journey that arouses movements of the soul and where simplicity takes us back home.
Elsewhere means 'in another Palace', like the landscape of Corleone, where the vineyards are, giving the sensation of being in another place, a journey of Nature, a journey for your soul that feels like home.
