We also have access to more than 5000 fine wines from around the world through our local supplier network. Sometimes a vintage changes, or our suppliers sell out of stock without us yet being able to push through a timely update on our website.

Description
The fruit for this wine is from our estate plantings. The wine was fermented using wild yeasts indigenous to our vineyard. The excellent 2021 season has produced a beautifully balanced wine with a long, seamless palate and silky tannins. It will develop further in the bottle over the next five years or so.
Tasting Notes Colour: Red cherry with touches of crimson Bouquet: Black cherry fruit with dried flowers, forest floor and black tea with a touch of violets and spicy French oak Flavour: Black cherry fruit with raspberry, truffles, forest floor, a touch of cloves and spicy French oak Texture: Beautifully balanced with a long seamless finish, carried by silky tannins Alcohol: 14.0%
