Pale yet starbright; the faintest hue of white hay at dawn. Pure riesling aromatics that so define its sense of place and time: marzipan, honeydew, banana skin, citrus zest, fresh green herbs. This is a fresh and full and alive white wine that has as much an olfactory sensation as it does an aromatic lift. Ripe citrus fruits dominate the entire palate and make for the silky yet searing mouthfeel. Acidic purrs along the length of flavours, keeping the lemon and lime accents all too pert and refreshingly upright. A long, long finish, with that understatedly yet perfectly ripe citrus fruit flavour persisting.
