About this Wine

Pale lemon-straw in colour with a fine, persistent bead.
The nose opens with delicate notes of Meyer lemon, green apple, and white strawberry, overlaid by hints of fresh pastry and shortbread.
The palate is bright and textural, with creamy mousse and lively acidity carrying flavours of citrus, crisp apple, brioche, and subtle beeswax. A flinty mineral line adds length and elegance to the finish.

Tasmanian Wine

The Tasmanian wine region is a cool climate region, the most southerly of all wine regions in Australia. Due to the lower temperatures, the area grows primarily Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Sauvignon Blanc, with smaller plantings of Riesling, Pinot Gris and Cabernet Sauvignon.
