Made from certified biodynamic, carbon positive fruit grown on both Mangan and Cullen vineyards in Wilyabrup, this wine represents the fun and joyful side of biodynamics. A refreshing blend of 67% sauvignon blanc, 30% semillon and 3% verdelho, with no oak. The wine displays light straw colour with green tinges with bouquet of limes, citrus, guava, lime blossom, nettle and musk. The palate is fresh, clean and crisp. Dancing, holding citrus fruits and blossoms across the palate. Crunchy fruit, delicious drinking. Enjoy now or up to 5 years.
