Partially aged for about six months in French oak tonneaux, it bears a strong fruity flavor which can complement an endless array of dishes. Deep ruby in colour, fruity and floral bouquet with subtle spice; silky, structured and well balanced, with soft, noble tannins. Best served around 18 °C, pairs well with structured dishes, red meat, pasta with flavourful sauce or ragout.
