Exquisite vintage sparkling made in the traditional method from 100% ungrafted Prié Blanc grown at 1000-1200 metres. The first fermentation is in a combination of stainless steel and oak before a second ferment in the bottle and at least 18 months ageing.
This is one of Italy's finest aperitif sparkling wines. Replete with glacial mineral, delicate white fruits, mountain herbs and an incredibly fine bead.
