St Michael-Eppan Chardonnay Fallwind DOC at sight is straw yellow with glints of green. The nose is fruity with aromas of melon and ripe apples. The palate velvety and soft with a mild acid structure.
Delightful as an aperitif or on its own; also lovely as an accompaniment to freshwater fish such as tartar of smoked trout as well as to asparagus.
