Delivery Times

To be able to supply such a unique & extensive range of boutique wines, we don't hold much of the inventory. So with us, there is the added step of receiving the wine from our local suppliers before it is dispatched to you. Most orders are dispatched within 3-6 working days.

Returns and Warranty

Replacement or refund offered if bottles are faulty or damaged. All our deliveries are insured against loss, however you must notify us in a reasonable amount of time.

About this Wine

It comes from Pinot Noir grapes grown in Pommard, in the 0.49 hectares of vineyard facing south / east; here the vines (average age 39 years) rest on clay-limestone soils with deep soils rich in rock. The harvest is manual, with selection of the best grapes; vinification is traditional, with the use of indigenous yeasts and fermentation in open-cell vats at a controlled temperature (32 ° C). The wine was raised in new barriques for 50% of the mass, in used barriques for the remaining 50% for a total duration of 20 months.
