About this Wine

Intense ruby red with purple hints.

Vinification by maceration with controlled temperature at
24°-28°C. After malolactic fermentation, aged in French
tonneau for at least 3 – 6 months.

On the nose, fruit and berries. On the palate, persistent
notes of vanilla enhance its velvety and smooth taste.

Best with aged cheese, pasta and pizza.
