The Bianco Alpi Retiche IGT "Ca' Brione" by Nino Negri is a white wine that enhances the uniqueness of the terroir of the Lombard Rhaetian Alps. This wine represents a refined example of how mountain viticulture can produce white wines of great character and complexity, thanks to the particular combination of selected grape varieties and the influence of the Alpine microclimate.
Visually, it has a bright straw yellow color, with greenish reflections that underline its freshness. On the nose, the wine offers an aromatic and complex bouquet, with notes of white pulp fruit, such as apple and pear, combined with floral nuances and a light touch of minerality and spices, the result of partial refinement in barrique.
On the palate, this Bianco Alpi Retiche IGT reveals an extraordinary balance between acidity and body, with a vibrant freshness that intertwines with rich and layered flavors of fruit, herbaceous notes and an elegant background of vanilla and wood.
