We also have access to more than 5000 fine wines from around the world through our local supplier network. Sometimes a vintage changes, or our suppliers sell out of stock without us yet being able to push through a timely update on our website.

The palate is a mix between sweet and savoury black fruits with a good intensity of flavour and clean natural acidity. A perfect match for mushroom and Tallegio arancini.

Winemaking
Organic Pinot Noir fruit was picked and de-stemmed, fermented with wild yeast and letf on skins for 10 days prior to pressing.
