The Black Cracking Biscay clay soils typically produce wines with berry compote and summer pudding flavors, complemented by luscious velvety tannins.
Dense dark purple colour, dominant berry nose with hints of liquorice, vanillin oak and spice. The palate shows berry compote and summer pudding flavours complemented by luscious velvety tannins, very approachable with a soft juicy mouthfeel.
Established in 1944 by the Lindner Family, St Hallett represents the very spirit and soul of winemaking in the Barossa. Over this time, it has grown and changed and reinvented itself, to achieve a rare distinction as one of Australia’s most respected wine brands.
