Bream Creek's Riesling is a wine that earns its place in any serious cellar. Orange blossom, ripe lime, and lemon pith on the nose, with a vibrant, mineral-driven palate of orange peel, pineapple, and wet-stone that's unmistakably Tasmanian. Deliciously crisp now, but built to reward patience. This has the structure to develop beautifully over the next decade. Pair with fresh oysters, grilled barramundi, or Thai green curry. Tasmanian Wine

The Tasmanian wine region is a cool climate region, the most southerly of all wine regions in Australia. Due to the lower temperatures, the area grows primarily Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Sauvignon Blanc, with smaller plantings of Riesling, Pinot Gris and Cabernet Sauvignon.
