A fresh new look for Origami, now 100% Sangiovese from the Clare Valley. Picked a little earlier to preserve its natural acidity, this is everything you want in a summer rosé: bright, dry and effortlessly drinkable.

Fermented and matured entirely in stainless steel, it’s crisp and clean with cranberry, rhubarb and guava aromas layered over a touch of savoury spice. The palate is bone dry, with crunchy acidity and a smooth, slippery texture that keeps you coming back for another glass
