Skipjack Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc comes from selected vineyard sites in the Wairau Valley of Marlborough. This allows a consistency and complexity from blending their individual characters. The grapes are harvested by machine at optimum levels of ripeness, gently pressed and fermented in stainless steel tanks to retain the vibrancy and character for which Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc is world renowned.
